I pretend I'm funny, and post a lot of stuff from the following fandoms: Sherlock, Doctor Who, and Supernatural. Because they're awesome. I'm a writer and an artist, so my stuff will probably be up here at some point. Welcome to my blog.
First Gif:- The way Loki moves his head. It indicates that he thought he had succeeded in putting a stop to Algrim and the head tilt is more of a “What the fuck, I don’t get it, why are you still standing” kind of look, also like he is trying to suss the situation out.
Second Gif: You can see that Loki is 1) Shocked, 2) In Pain and 3) Still managing to concentrate because it is at this point he turns the grenade on which then get’s me to my last point:-
Final Observation:Loki turn’s the grenade on knowing that it would destroy Algrim, what Lokicould not have known is that Algrim would have pushed him off from the weapon. Knowing this you can say that Loki was willing to accept death. I say this because he pushed Jane out of the way of the void before this scene, which if it was not for Thor he would have met possible death, these are both selfless acts by Loki. I also do not think that he wanted to go back to Asgard, that cell etc :/
I can not accept at this moment that the Loki we see injured is a pure illusion because as we have seen in Thor and the Avengers the illusions can be passed through, if they are touched as in the Dark World they dissolve (Frigga, Jane, Loki as Cap)….. I really hope the DVD/Blu-Ray will finally explain it!!!
Thank you for fucking breaking my heart…
Wow, that actually makes a lot of sense. Thank you for clearing that up and fucking breaking my heart
I do not know the individual involved in this, but, as an EMT, I feel compelled to post things like this. Wear a damn helmet, guys. I know you may think you look awesome and all the ladies will love how reckless you are, but you’re honestly just demonstrating just how little you value your own life. I know this horse has been absolutely beaten to death over the years, and I’m sure that my words won’t change some of your minds, but just look at the damage sustained by that helmet. Now imagine if your face was put through the same situation. While the helmet merely had part of it ground away by the sheer friction involved, your skull would be pudding. End of story.
